- この本は、RaspberryPiを使った工場設備の予備品の在庫管理するシステムを、ご紹介するものです。既刊である「RaspberryPiで作る設備管理システム」の機能追加になります。 機械部品が組み立てに使用され製品になるような業種と違い、私が働いていた製粉会社のような装置産業では、部品の在庫と言えば生産設備の保守部品であり、数よりも種類が多いことが問題で、また、在庫を管理する専任者がいないという点も問題だったと思います。 「RaspberryPiで作る設備管理システム」は、システムに設備データを入力していけば、保有すべき予備部品が明確になることを目的の一つとして開発しました。 今回は、これに予備部品の在庫管理を加える形になります。 ところで、一般に何かの在庫を管理するには、毎回、棚卸しのように全品の数を確認するのではなく、棚卸しした数から、出庫したら出庫数を減じ、入庫したら入庫数を加える、という作業で数を把握することと思います。 しかしながら、棚卸しした数は正確としても、出庫時に数を減らさなかった、入庫時に数を加えなかった、ということがあると、在庫数は正確な値から外れていきます。 特に、部品の出庫は、故障対応時などで不特定な社員がすると想定されるので、簡単な出庫操作ができるようにしておかないと、出庫数が不正確になると考えました。 その対応作として今回は、部品の出庫は、部品の棚に添付した部品タグのQRコードを読み取って、スイッチを押す回数で、出庫数を登録する仕組みを構築しました。これには、カメラが付いたESP32を使用します。 入庫については、入庫時はまとめて入庫する、ある程度担当が決まっているものとして、画面操作に留めました。余裕があれば、出庫と同様のものを作れば、対応できます。 この本で示したプログラムには、まだまだ未熟な点もあるかと思いますが、最後までお読みいただければ幸いです。
