- ENGINEERED FOR PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD: A full power rack built from 50x50mm, 16-gauge steel tubing with 200kg J-cup and spotter arm capacity, plus a 120kg rated pull up bar. The frame holds heavy squats, presses, and rack pulls without flex, year after year.
- 28 ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT LEVELS: J-cups and spotter arms move across 28 increments from 45cm to 197.5cm, covering low rack pulls, deadlift starts, bench press, overhead press, and pin squats. Suits lifters of all sizes without compromising bar path.
- TRAIN HEAVY WITHOUT A SPOTTER: Solo lifters often hesitate to push a true working set at home, worried about a failed rep with no one to catch the bar. The 200kg spotter arms sit at the height you choose, and four corner anchor points with floor bolts lock the cage down.
- FITS 6FT AND 7FT BARBELLS: The internal width accepts both 6ft international and 7ft Olympic bars, and the rear plate storage posts include sleeve converters. Store 1 inch and 2 inch plates on the same rack, keeping weights organised and adding ballast for extra stability.
- A COMPLETE HOME GYM STATION: One footprint of 121.5cm by 121.5cm replaces a squat rack, pull up station, spotter setup, and plate tree. Question:
What is the maximum load capacity of the power rack?
Answer: The spotter max load is 200kg and the pull-up bar max load is 120kg. -

Is this equipment suitable for commercial use?
Answer: No, the power rack is not suitable for commercial use. -
Question:
What should I do for maximum security?
Answer: We strongly recommend bolting the rack to the ground using the supplied anchor points and bolts. -
Question:
Is this suitable for a 10 year old to do gymnastics on?
Answer: It is very well made for pullups, but not gymnastics really. You need a solid vertical bar up each side. I would buy a specialist gymnastics bar for the garden. -
Question:
Is this sturdy enough to do pulls ups / attach a trx to it without bolting it to the floor?
Answer: You definitely need to bolt it to the floor to do a TRX. Strict pullups straight up from the floor is fine if you don’t put it in. I haven’t bolted mine in yet and I’ve been using it for pullups and banded pullups too. However TRX I don’t think it would be stable enough. -
Question:
I just want to use this for heavy ish squats (120kg+), bench and basic weighted pull ups. I can't bolt or weight it down, would it be stable enough?
Answer: Yes. As long as you don’t pull the bar at an angle. Also, if you aren’t too gentle replacing the bar after a heavy set, you could knock it over. A couple of plates on the bottom of the frame could help make it more stable. -
Question:
Can you do a muscle up on it? Is it sturdy enough?
Answer: The bar is NOT smooth, it has grooves for better grip. If you are beginning to learn the muscle-up, it will be difficult, but not impossible. -
Question:
What is the size of the box it comes in and does it take 2 people to carry?
Answer: The box was quite heavy but could be carried by one person. My 18 year-old daughter was able to lift it on her own! -
Question:
Can this be left outside?
Answer: It will definitely rust over time. Mine has been outside for 6 months with just a little bit of rust. You could spray it with a rust protector.
