Answer: The overall length varies per size of fin: XS:21.97", SM:22.44", MD:22.72", LG:25.04", XL:25.63". The strap will add 2" to the overall length. -

Answer: Yes, it is very easy. They provide a tool to pop off the locking plug and extra locking plugs in case of loss. -
