One customer experienced jamming problems with one of the two units they purchased, indicating potential inConsistencies in quality control. Additionally, customers should note that this specific model is limited to USB and parallel connectivity, lacking built-in networking capabilities, which may be a drawback for those requiring network-ready printers. Overall, the Lexmark MS310d is Considered an excellent choice for anyone looking for a durable, economical, and efficient monochrome printer, while potential buyers should be mindful of its connectivity limitations and the occasional issue with paper jamming. **
