The NEOGEO mini PADBlack is a controller with a USB-C connector for the NEOGEO mini Console only. It is not compatible with other platforms like PS3 or PS4. Some customers were disappointed with the cheap-looking sticker design on the front of the controller that they thought was painted on based on the product images.
