Its 3-9x magnification range provides versatility for various shooting scenarios, allowing novices to easily adjust based on distance. With its durable construction, waterproof and fogproof capabilities, beginners can confidently use this scope in various weather conditions, whether they are on a day hunt or practicing at the range.

What materials are used in the construction of the BURRIS Fullfield E1?

The BURRIS Fullfield E1 is constructed with high-quality materials, including a solid aluminum body that ensures structural integrity under heavy use. The scope is finished in a matte black, which not only gives it a sleek appearance but also reduces glare and reflection. Additionally, it is fully sealed and purged of air to prevent moisture from entering, making it perfect for use in rugged environments often encountered while hunting.

Can the BURRIS Fullfield E1 be used in low light conditions?

Yes, the BURRIS Fullfield E1 is designed to perform well in low light conditions, thanks to its larger objective lens diameter of 40mm. This allows more light to enter the scope, resulting in brighter, clearer images during dawn or dusk hunts. Whether you are pursuing game early in the morning or late in the evening, this scope enhances visibility without compromising the details, making it a reliable option for low-light situations.

What mounting options are available for the BURRIS Fullfield E1?

The BURRIS Fullfield E1 is compatible with standard scope rings and mounts, which allows for easy customization to fit your specific firearm. It is recommended to use medium height rings for optimal eye alignment and comfort when shooting. This adaptability makes it suitable for various shooting applications, enhancing your overall experience.

Is the BURRIS Fullfield E1 scope shockproof?

Absolutely, the BURRIS Fullfield E1 is built to be shockproof, enabling it to withstand heavy recoil and impacts associated with high-caliber rifles. This feature is essential for hunters who often encounter rough terrains or challenging conditions. Its rugged construction ensures that the internal components remain intact, maintaining accuracy and performance throughout the shooting experience, whether you're out in the field or at the shooting range.

What is the magnification range of the BURRIS Fullfield E1?

The BURRIS Fullfield E1 offers a versatile magnification range of 3-9x, which allows users to easily transition between wide-field views for tracking animals at close range and zooming in on distant targets for precision shooting. This flexibility caters to varying hunting scenarios, enabling hunters to quickly adapt their focus depending on their environment and the situation, enhancing their overall effectiveness.

How does the fogproof feature of the BURRIS Fullfield E1 work?

The fogproof feature of the BURRIS Fullfield E1 is achieved through a nitrogen purging process during manufacturing. This removes moisture from inside the scope, preventing fogging on the internal lenses when exposed to temperature changes or humidity. This ensures that hunters maintain a clear view in all types of weather conditions, making it ideal for early morning or late evening excursions where visibility can be variable.

What are the benefits of the matte black finish on the BURRIS Fullfield E1?

The matte black finish on the BURRIS Fullfield E1 not only provides a sleek and modern look but also significantly reduces glare. This finish helps hunters remain undetected by their game, allowing for stealthy approaches. Additionally, the matte surface is less prone to scratches and wear, ensuring the scope retains its aesthetic and functional integrity over time, making it suitable for rugged field conditions.

Burris Rifle Scopes 200346 Editorial Review

The Burris Fullfield II Riflescope is a versatile scope perfect for a wide range of firearms. It comes in a sleek matte black finish with a simple and easy to use reticle. The scope rings are included and they are 1 inch in size. Calibrating the scope is easy, just like any other scope, by shooting three shots at a target and adjusting the scope so the center of those shots are in the bullseye. The scope is not calibrated to a specific bullet weight with a certain barrel length, but information on the Burris sight and setup can be obtained. The recoil of a 12 gauge slug is easily handled by the Burris Fullfield II. However, the ballistic reticle will not be set for your specific bullet weight for a Browning Tbolt 17HMR, but it will still fit. Overall, this is a great scope for its price range.
