How do I use SAVOIES® Old Fashioned Dark Roux in my recipes?

What types of dishes can I make with SAVOIES® Old Fashioned Dark Roux?

SAVOIES® Old Fashioned Dark Roux is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. It's particularly popular in Cajun and Creole recipes, including gumbo, jambalaya, sauces, and gravies. Is there a difference between dark roux and light roux?
