BTECH USB Cables Editorial Review
The customer experience with this product, particularly the USB-C programming cable, seems to be a mixed bag highlighting initial quality control issues followed by satisfactory performance once a functional cable was obtained. Several users encountered frustrating problems with their initial orders — particularly, they received defective cables that didn’t work at all, failing to connect with CHIRP software or any computer. However, once they replaced the faulty cable, the replacement typically performed exceptionally well and facilitated easy programming of various radios without the complexities of driver installation. Many reviewers shared that the new cable was recognized promptly and enabled them to perform updates and adjustments efficiently, praising its compatibility with different operating systems including Windows and Mac. There is a hint of concern regarding older stock circulation, with advice from BTech urging customers to purchase directly from their site to avoid receiving potentially defective cables. Overall, while the initial experience for some customers raised doubts about quality, the positive performance of the replacement cables restored confidence and satisfaction with the product for those who managed to get their hands on a functional version. **
