απάντηση: Scan the continuous barcode in the manual, extend the sleep & shutdown time to avoid pulling the trigger after a short time to activate the scanner, please contact the customer service if you need any help. -

Will this automatically press enter in Excel to go down 1 cell after scanning a barcode?
απάντηση: It will go to the next line if not there is a barcode sheet with it that will give you different options on how it reacts. -

Where can I get the software driver? I lost my PnP and I have a new computer.
απάντηση: If you lost PnP on your PC and it's new then you have a bad PC, or Windows, or your company has disabled PnP for security reasons. Windows 10 or higher will auto install the dongle and the scanner will auto connect. -

Is this device compatible with Square?
απάντηση: It depends, if you are using an iPad as your register when you plug it in it will say USB device not supported. But if you are using a laptop or desktop computer it works. It’s a shame because I have an older version of this with the same model number that works, but just tried to order another one for backup and it won’t work. -

απάντηση: The scanner will read a barcode and display whatever the code equals, in numbers or words. I am not sure about language.
