Percussion Plus Drum Sticks PP080 Editorial Review
The Percussion Plus PP080 Professional Xylophone Mallets, designed with hard rubber and a red aesthetic, have mostly garnered positive feedback from users. Customers appreciate the mallets for their ability to produce a clear and mellow tone when played on various instruments, including glockenspiels and homemade hardwood xylophones. Many reviewers highlight the appropriate weight of the mallets, noting they are comfortable to handle and suitable for beginners due to their softer rubber composition compared to traditional wooden mallets. Users have found them particularly effective for personal practice and casual performances, often praising their sound quality and ease of play. One user remarked that these mallets generate a purer sound than wooden options, which aligns well with their personal preferences. However, some feedback indicates that while great for individual practice, the softer sound they produce might not be sufficient for larger ensembles or orchestral settings, as they can be too quiet to compete with other instruments. In summary, the Percussion Plus PP080 mallets are well-received for their quality and tonal clarity, making them an excellent choice for students and casual musicians. However, those looking for mallets to use in more competitive or loud environments may need to Consider alternative options. **
