About This Item
Introducing the Elixir Strings 8020 Bronze 12-String Acoustic Guitar Strings with POLYWEB Coating in Light .010-.047. These premium guitar strings are trusted by experienced players worldwide for their superior tone and long-lasting performance. Unlike other string brands, Elixir Strings coats the entire string, providing protection not only to the outer surface but also to the gaps between windings.
This prevents the buildup of tone-deadening gunk and ensures a consistently clear sound. The 8020 bronze wrap wire, made from 80% copper and 20% zinc, delivers a warm and robust tone that sounds "played-in" right out of the pack. The POLYWEB Coating enhances the playing experience with its soft, slick, and fast feel. If you prefer a more traditional, uncoated feel, the ultra-thin NANOWEB Coating is also available.
