JBL Quantum 100M2 Wired Over-Ear Gaming Headset with JBL QuantumSOUND Signature and 3.5 mm Headphone Jack, Multi-Platform Compatibility, Detachable Mic, Mute Option, in Cyan
The JBL Quantum 100M2 Wired Over-Ear Gaming Headset has received a mix of commendations and criticisms from users, reflecting a generally positive but nuanced customer experience. Many customers praised the sound quality, noting that it significantly outperformed their previous headphones. The JBL QuantumSOUND provides clear audio, making communication on platforms like Discord effective and enjoyable. Users appreciated the comfortable fit and lightweight design, indicating it is suitable for extended usage, whether for gaming or long meetings. The detachable microphone was deemed a valuable feature, enhancing versatility in use for different applications. However, there have been some concerns, particularly regarding the microphone performance. While many reported a good experience, there were notable complaints about issues such as cutting out and echo, which could affect gaming and communication experiences. Additionally, several reviews highlighted the cord length as a drawback, with a desire for a longer and sturdier cable to prevent tangling. Some feedback also pointed toward problems with longevity after a limited period of use, leading to wariness about durability. Overall, the JBL Quantum 100M2 is seen as good value for the price, especially in terms of sound quality and comfort, but potential buyers should be aware of the mixed experiences regarding the microphone and cord. ###
